Greenforce Mix for vegan Kottbullar, made from pea protein
Ready-made mix for making vegan meatballs. 52% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methyl cellolose, partially deoiled sunflower seeds, flavors, rapeseed oil, corn granules, onion, 3.0% pea protein, table salt, rice granules, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin), spices. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 125g of the ready-made meatball mix with 235ml of very cold water and 1.5 tbsp (approx. 15g) of vegetable cooking oil, then leave to rest for approx. 3 minutes. Form the mixture into balls of the desired size. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the vegan meatballs on a low to medium heat for approx. 2-3 minutes per side. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
