The red fruit puree, a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, is a pasteurized puree from the Boiron company from the `Les vergers` product range that can be stored unrefrigerated until opened. The Boiron company specializes in the production of a wide variety of fruit purees and only uses fruit from strictly controlled growing areas. Fruit purees can be used in many areas in the private sector and in the catering and event sectors.
