The 100% apricot fruit puree from Boiron is a real asset for every kitchen and bar. The puree consists of 100% pure apricots, is pasteurized and can be kept unrefrigerated until the Tetra Pak is opened. Boiron specializes in the production of fruit purees and only uses fruit from the best and strictly controlled growing areas in the world to produce its purees. Quality is paramount.
