The raspberry puree from Ponthier, which specializes in the production of all kinds of fruit purees, is characterized by its intense color and authentic taste. The filling in a stand-up pouch with a resealable screw cap is now also available in a 2.5kg filling quantity. The raspberry puree consists of 90% raspberries, to which 10% pure cane sugar is then added. The intense sweet to sweet-sour aroma of the raspberry puree goes ideally with cakes, desserts, pastries or ice cream.
