These duck products are exclusively from animals that only have their crops filled, i.e. are gently stuffed, which sets a quality level above the LABEL ROUGE from France. The animals spend the last 12 days of their approximately 4-month lifespan on the meadow. Please note: only male ducklings are used, the females go to companies that specialize in meat! They are not shredded, as in many other companies.

Ingredients
Duck legs 2 pieces. Duck legs, duck fat, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite E250. Separate the legs from the fat, if necessary heat the unopened can in a water bath. Preparation in a preheated oven: Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. For crispy skin, increase the temperature to 220°C and fry for a further 5 minutes. Preparation in a pan: Fry 1 tablespoon of duck fat from the can on the skin side at a medium heat for 2-5 minutes until golden brown (be careful, there will be splashes: use a lid!). No salting necessary!
