These duck products are exclusively from animals that only have their crops filled, i.e. are gently stuffed, which sets a quality level above the LABEL ROUGE from France. Except for the last 12 days of their approximately 4-month lifespan, the animals spend time in the meadow, stress-free and with the best food. Please note: only male ducklings are used, the females go to companies that specialize in the meat. They are not shredded, as in many other companies.
