A very pleasantly scented tea with a subtle spiciness of ginger, lemongrass and bay leaves. It has a complex depth thanks to juniper, turmeric and elderberry. Instructions for the perfect summer refreshment: Bring 450 ml of water to the boil. Meanwhile, start the infusion with 50 ml of cold water in the pot or glass. Pour the hot water over it.
