The strong, slightly bitter tea blend contains strawflower, ginger, woodruff, nettle leaves and a few more. Wilden herbal teas also taste wonderful iced in summer! Instructions for the perfect summer refreshment: Bring 450 ml of water to the boil. Meanwhile, start the infusion with 50 ml of cold water in the pot or glass. Pour the hot water over it. Leave to steep for 7-10 minutes and then allow to cool. Serve with ice cubes. Nicola from Wilden Herbals also suggests combinations with fresh fruit and herbs.
