Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Harissa, Castillo de Canena

The seasoning oil is fruity and spicy with the typical Harissa spices such as paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander and garlic. It is pressed from the Arbequina olive and has a mild fruity base. The oil with its complex spiciness tastes good on pasta, risotto, pizza, grilled meat, in marinades for chicken wings and spare ribs and on grilled vegetables.
