Hand-scooped Flor de Sal from Portugal meets a special selection of pepper. For this mixture, Malabar pepper, long pepper, Sarawak pepper and Sichuan pepper are ground by hand and mixed with the best, hand-scooped Flor de Sal. The result is a spiced salt that is perfect for seasoning any dish, or simply on its own with olive oil and good bread.
