In 1987, Patrice Monmousseau rediscovered and recreated this treasure of a cuvee in the tuff cellars of the Abbey of St. Florent. The finesse of the body clearly highlights the charm and opulence of the Chenin Blanc grape and is accentuated by the characteristic wood aromas and delicately melting tannins. The notes of citrus fruit and brioche are typical of this wonderful Saumur with a long finish and fine perlage.
