This sparkling wine is the latest trend in Prosecco. Made from 87% Glera (the Prosecco grape) and 13% Pinot Noir grapes. It is a robust rose, uncompromisingly dry because it is fully fermented and with fine perlage. It has a delicate scent, reminiscent of white flowers as well as red apples, peaches and a hint of raspberries. An ideal aperitif and a great accompaniment to starters and seafood.
