PT-BIO-04, PT-BIO-03 An attractive set for every table! These handmade pieces made from glazed ceramic look great on any table. The lid, which is shaped like a finger bowl, holds enough for seasoning. Like cream on milk, this special selection of Flor de Sal forms as the first layer on the brine and is skimmed off by hand every day. In order to preserve the delicate, leafy crystals, Flos Salis® is carefully filled into exclusively manufactured containers. Tellicherry pepper is made from fully ripe, red peppercorns that are fermented and dried with the pulp intact. This turns the pepper black, but not jet black; rather, it has a pleasant deep brown color. This process makes the aroma even more pronounced: the fully ripe peppercorns have taken on a distinctly nutty flavor, but also a strong spiciness. This pepper is mainly used for dark meat such as game and beef, but also for chocolate desserts.
