DE-OKO-022 A rose cuvee made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Carmenere and Malbec. Seductive pomegranate red combined with the scent of freshly picked currants. The fruity, tangy taste with a full-fruity aroma captivates the senses. Fresh and clear on the palate and strong in taste. With a cool drinking temperature of 8-10°C, it goes wonderfully with poultry, tenderly roasted lamb or a strong lamb`s lettuce with fried rabbit liver. The Claire Red is also the right accompaniment for modern interpretations of sushi.
