2021 Assemblage Reserve, dry, 13.5% vol., Peth-Wetz

This wine is based on the classic Bordeaux cuvee - the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot are used to produce a fine, velvety wine that is complemented by aromas such as cedar, tobacco and coffee. Aromas of black currant, forest floor, herbs and a little wood appear on the nose. The 20-month aging in barriques harmoniously integrates the tannins into the overall structure and makes it a great soloist or food accompaniment.
