A classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a little Petit Verdot. The grapes grow just a stone`s throw from the winery on a barren, sandy, gravelly site. TOHUWABOHU is a tribute to Schneider`s young son Nicolaus, who not only often turns everything upside down - but also rearranges many things. Processing: Hand-picking of very ripe and best grapes, traditional mash fermentation in a wooden fermentation vat followed by a standing time of 5 weeks, gentle pressing under low pressure, then storage in wooden barrels without any external intervention (fining or similar).
