2022 Weissburgunder Reserve, dry, 13% vol., Wittmann, ORGANIC

DE-OKO-022 Harvested from the fillet pieces of Westhofen`s top locations, matured in the traditional half piece or in a barrique barrel, yeast storage for at least 15 months. Straw yellow, on the nose a spicy scent of Mediterranean herbs, orange and citrus as well as delicate notes of jasmine and ginger. On the palate a very elegant play of acidity with an intense, long and playful aftertaste.
