DE-OKO-022 Strong straw yellow, intense aroma of yellow fruits, ripe mango, black tea, paired with delicate nuances of spice and chocolate. On the palate it presents itself with a balanced acidity and delicate minerality with a full, long aftertaste. Harvested in the fillet pieces of Westhofen`s top locations, matured in the traditional half piece or in a barrique barrel, yeast storage for at least 15 months.
