YODRY is a yoghurt powder that can be added to all preparations where fresh, moist yoghurt might be a hindrance. It is ideal for combining with freeze-dried fruit mixtures and for candies, brittle, pastries, biscuits and other dough mixtures. To prevent moisture absorption, the powder must be stored in a dry, cool place.
