Pechstein GG is located on a slope in the north of Forst and has sandstone, limestone and a lot of basalt in the soil. Fermented spontaneously in 500l oak barrels and matured on the yeast for 1.5 years. Firm and robust, with sweet fruit, racy acidity and an almost endless aftertaste.
