2021 Erbach Marcobrunn Riesling GG, dry, 13% vol., artist

Marcobrunn, one of the most famous vineyards in Germany, is considered the `Montrachet of the Rheingau`. The name was already mentioned on bottle labels in 1726. The 7 hectare site is located at about 90 to 100 meters above sea level and faces south towards the Rhine. Due to the deep soil and the proximity to the Rhine, the Marcobrunn wine is overwhelming with juiciness, finesse and baroque opulence. Powerful and at the same time very elegant Riesling with aromas of pome and stone fruit. The fine peach note is already very pronounced and shows a fine fruit play. All 21er Grosse Gewachse were bottled at Kunstler with screw caps.
