The air-dried ham comes from Iberian pigs that are bred in the southwest of Spain. The free-living black-footed pig has adapted perfectly to the pasture landscapes with oak forests. Its ability to store fat under the skin and in muscles, in addition to the traditional production method, contributes to a unique product. We offer Jamon Iberico in 2 qualities: Iberico de Bellota - front or back ham from animals that have been free-range and fed exclusively on acorns and pasture grasses. Iberico de Recebo - front or back ham from animals that have been fed on acorns, pasture grasses and additional dry feed in the last growth phase.
