This ham from the Jamones Granadinos factory comes from pigs that are at least 50% purebred Iberian pigs. They are fed cereals (Cebo). This Iberian ham is gently aged for 36 months at an altitude of around 900 meters in the Sierra de Baza, 100% natural, made without preservatives: aged exclusively with sea salt. The special, dry and cool climate in the mountains of Granada promotes the optimal ripening process and makes this ham an outstanding delicacy. After the Secadero Natural (air drying), the ham is removed by a Maestro Jamonero, skinned and cut into 5 pieces. To ensure consistent freshness and to ensure the full flavor, the pieces are vacuum-packed with a low fat content and left natural. Enjoy at room temperature.
