Now also available as a practical 100g pack, sliced and vacuum packed. One of our top sellers, the Iberico ham. For these portions, a ham is sliced and vacuum packed by hand by a Maestro Jamonero (master ham maker). Craftsmanship at its best! Also ideal as a gift. The Iberico ham is gently matured for 36 months at an altitude of around 900 meters in the Sierra de Baza, 100% natural, made without preservatives: matured exclusively with sea salt. The special, dry and cool climate in the mountains of Granada promotes the optimal ripening process and makes this ham an outstanding delicacy. This ham from the Jamones Granadinos factory comes from pigs that are at least 50% purebred Iberico pigs. It is fed with cereals (Cebo). For optimal taste and aroma, open 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy at room temperature.
