Ingredients
French semi-hard cheese, made from pasteurized sheep`s milk, at least 50% fat in dry matter. SHEEP`S MILK, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria, ripening cultures, coloring: ammonia caramel, annatto-norbixin, preservative: natamycin in the rind. Rind not suitable for consumption. Further ripening can cause white mold to form on the rind, but this does not affect the quality of the product. Store refrigerated at +2°C to +6°C.
