Classic ready-made mix for making vegan sausages. 49% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, partially deoiled sunflower seeds, 6% pea flour, rapeseed oil, psyllium husks, table salt, flavors, spices, marjoram, spice extract. Preparation: 1. Thoroughly mix 125 g of the ready-made sausage mix with 250 ml of very cold water and 2.5 tbsp of cooking oil (approx. 25 g), then leave to swell for approx. 3 minutes. 2. With moistened hands, first roll the cool mixture into balls and then roll them into sausages approx. 1.5 cm thin. 3. Place the sausages in boiling water for max. 30 seconds. Then drain the water. 4. Then fry the sausages on the grill or in a coated pan at low to medium heat until they are browned to the desired degree. Tip: Grease the grill grate or pan with a little cooking oil. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
