Ready-made mix for making vegan fish patties. 53% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, potato starch, partially deoiled sunflower seeds, natural flavors, rapeseed oil, rice starch, 2.9% pea protein, table salt, garlic, spices, lemon juice powder, herbs, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 125g of the ready-made mix with 250ml of very cold water and leave to rest for about 3 minutes. Use moistened hands to form vegan fish patties of the desired size from the mixture. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the vegan fish patties on a low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
