Aromas of cassis, plum and blackberry. Full-bodied, fruity and with a beautiful finish on the palate. Jean and Caroline Panis` philosophy is to produce full-bodied, intensely fruity wines from ripe, low-yield grapes from environmentally friendly cultivation. The Minervois is famous for its powerful but elegant red wines, which are influenced by the Mediterranean-Atlantic climate.
