2020 Grand Tradition, dry, 14.5% vol., Donjon

60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan. Concentrated aromas of blackberries, sour cherries and elderberries. Very juicy on the palate with a slightly spicy finish. Jean and Caroline Panis` philosophy is to produce full-bodied, intensely fruity wines from ripe, low-yield grapes from environmentally friendly cultivation. The Minervois is famous for its powerful but elegant red wines, which are influenced by the Mediterranean-Atlantic climate. The main grape varieties are Syrah and Grenache.
