Ingredients
Concentrated light broth. Water, ferment (20.8% chickpeas, 9.3% sunflower seeds, 6.9% buckwheat), cooked yeast, salt, arrowroot starch, 1.9% concentrates (potato, onion), herbs. As a simple replacement for your usual stock. For broth with 0.8% salt content, dilute 1:20 (e.g. 50g concentrate in one litre of water or the entire bottle in 20 litres of water) or use undiluted (for seasoning) to taste. Shake before use. Store in a cool, dry place and not above +25°C. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
