Ingredients
Concentrated dark broth. Water, ferment (19% chickpeas, 12% buckwheat, 2.5% coffee), cooked yeast, 5.5% concentrates (onion, carrot, potato), salt, arrowroot starch. As a simple replacement for your usual stock. For broth with 0.8% salt content, dilute 1:20 (eg 50g concentrate in one litre of water or the whole bottle in 20 litres of water) or use undiluted (for seasoning) to taste. Shake before use. Store in a cool, dry place and not above +25°C. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
