Ingredients
Missis Mie egg noodles. WHEAT FLOUR, water, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt, WHOLE EGG POWDER, turmeric, stabilizer: sodium polyphosphates, thickener: xanthan gum, raising agent: sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate. Cook the noodles before eating, do not eat them raw. Cook the noodles in plenty of water at a low heat for about 4 minutes or cook covered in a warm water bath (+70°C to +80°C) for about 8 minutes. Drain the water and let it drain well. Rinse with cold water if necessary and process as desired. Mix with other ingredients and spices as desired or serve plain as a side dish. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
