Mister Mie Ramen Noodles. WHEAT FLOUR, DURUM WHEAT FLOUR, water, salt, turmeric, stabilizer: sodium polyphosphates, thickener: xanthan gum, raising agent: sodium carbonate. Cook the noodles before eating, do not eat them raw. Cook the noodles in plenty of water at a low heat for about 4 minutes or cook covered in a warm water bath (+70°C to +80°C) for about 8 minutes. Drain the water and let it drain well. Ramen is best for frying or for soups. For soups: Cook the noodles for a little less time and then add them to the soup. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
