Missis Mie wholemeal noodles. WHOLEMEAL WHEAT FLOUR, water, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt Stabilizer: sodium polyphosphates, thickener: xanthan, baking agent: sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate. Cook the noodles before eating, do not eat them raw. Cook the noodles in plenty of water at a low heat for about 4 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Mix with other ingredients and spices as desired or serve plain as a side dish. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
