One of the three traditional noodles in Japanese cuisine is the Udon noodle. Udon noodles are made from wheat flour, water and table salt. Their consistency is elastic and Udons are white to creamy white in color. The filling Udon noodles are versatile and go perfectly with soup dishes, bowls, stir-fried dishes or fried noodles.
