Ready-made fondue, pasteurized. 50% Swiss CHEESE (with RAW MILK and pasteurized MILK), white wine, water, starch, cherry brandy, melting salts: sodium phosphates, salt, spices. Pot gets hot, wear kitchen gloves. Contains 2% alcohol. In the microwave: Remove the aroma protection foil completely. Heat for 2.5 to 3 minutes at 800 watts until the cheese boils. Stir in between and after heating. In the oven: Heat with top and bottom heat, without foil, for approx. 20 minutes at 200°C without preheating. Store in a cool place at +2°C to +8°C.
