Cheese fondue mixture with 67% Swiss cheese. 67% CHEESE (HARD CHEESE, SLICED CHEESE), 30% white wine (with SULPHITES), corn starch, lemon juice. Preparation: Rub the fondue pot with a halved clove of garlic, add the fondue mixture and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg or paprika. Store in a cool place at +2°C to +8°C.
