Actually a Brillat Savarin. But this fine, creamy cheese cannot be called that, as this Brillat has been refined with truffles. Particularly creamy, full-bodied texture. Creamed with fresh cream to 75% fat. A particularly buttery, slightly sour treat that should not be missing from a cheese platter. Lovely, distinct truffle note.
