Imperial Auslese is the best quality caviar. This caviar comes from a cross between Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii) and Kaluga (Huso dauricus), a sturgeon species related to the Beluga. It is very similar to Osietra caviar, as the sturgeons are also similar. It is produced in one of the most modern sturgeon breeding facilities in the world in China. The farm has a lake up to 45 meters deep with the best water quality. This and the processing according to old Persian tradition by an Iranian caviar master guarantee the high quality of the product. The caviar is salted using a gentle process (Malossol). For many connoisseurs, this Imperial Auslese caviar is currently the best caviar on the market.
