The color of the sturgeon eggs varies from medium to dark brown with a golden highlight finish. The roe is smooth and even with a special shine. The diameter of each egg is over 3.2 mm. It has a full-bodied taste with a special aromatic aftertaste. The species Huso dauricus becomes sexually mature at around 15 to 20 years and can live up to 100 years and reach over 1000 kg. It is one of the largest sturgeons. Experts describe it as a beluga sturgeon that does not come from the Caspian Sea. It is produced in one of the most modern sturgeon breeding facilities in the world in China. The farm has a lake up to 45 meters deep with the best water quality. This and the processing according to old Persian tradition by an Iranian caviar master guarantee the high quality of the product. The caviar is salted using a gentle process (malossol).
