Vintage oil sardines are considered a great delicacy among sardine lovers. The minimum shelf life of this product is 6 years!!! They are juicy, have a tender consistency and can be eaten whole. These sardines get better every year they are stored, as the marriage between olive oil and sardine is slow to develop, but then an incomparably harmonious relationship develops. The production of vintage sardines is limited.
