Our original buffalo bresaola is made in Italy using an old and traditional method. We only use the leanest parts of the leg as raw material, which are gently seasoned and then air-dried for several months. This is how our bresaola gets its unique aroma. A classic is bresaola with rocket, olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano, but air-dried ham is also perfect on its own on an antipasti platter or as a delicate sandwich filling.
