Ingredients
Confit of duck legs, low temperature vacuum cooked, deep frozen. 95% duck legs, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite. Preparation: Defrost the product and remove it from the plastic bag. Bake at +180°C / +200°C for 15 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy on the outside and the meat is juicy on the inside. Remove from the oven and serve garnished with vegetables and potatoes. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The product can be kept in the refrigerator (0°C to +4°C) for up to 3 months without opening the packaging.
