Ingredients
Suckling lamb, low temperature vacuum cooked, deep frozen. 85% lamb, salt, gelling agent: methylcellulose. Preparation: Defrost the product. Brown with 2 drops of oil for 2-3 minutes on each side in a non-stick pan or frying pan at high temperature (+200°C to +220°C) until crispy. Serve with our brown base sauce. Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting and store in the refrigerator. Use within 72 hours.
