Ingredients
Oxtail, low temperature vacuum cooked, frozen. 60% deboned beef tail, beef cheek, bone broth (water, onions, carrots, salt, concentrated meat broth, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, donodium guanylate; colorants: ammonia caramel, spices. Preparation: Defrost the product. Fry for 2-3 minutes with two drops of oil in a non-stick pan or griddle on each side at high temperature (+200°C to +220°C) until crispy. Serve with our brown sauce. Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting and store in the refrigerator. Use within 72 hours.
