This Gran Reserva Serrano ham of the Duroc breed is gently matured for over 30 months at an altitude of around 900 meters in the Sierra de Baza, 100% natural, made without preservatives: matured exclusively with sea salt. The special, dry and cool climate in the mountains of Granada promotes the optimal ripening process and makes this ham an outstanding delicacy. Buttery soft, air-dried, fine grain and mild and distinctive aroma. This Duroc Gran Reserva will delight you. For optimal taste and aroma, open 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy at room temperature.
