Water, 20% EGG YOLK, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet), Pecorino Romano PDO (SHEEP`S MILK, salt, rennet), 2% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), corn starch, salt, black pepper, natural flavourings. Pasta dishes: serve without adding cooking water. You can keep it warm while serving without the egg curdling. Season 40g of sauce with 80g of pasta. Once opened, keep in the fridge (+4°C) and use within 7 days.
