Refined with Konbu, this Shoyu has a rounded taste and a very full flavor despite less salt. Very light, but extra umami thanks to the Konbu. For sashimi and sushi, but of course also all other Japanese cooked dishes, as well as dressings and marinades. More than just an alternative to the standard products. Made in Japan! In Germany, only available exclusively from BOSFOOD. The small Yagisawa brewery, which has existed since 1807, was completely destroyed by the tsunami and slowly managed to come back to life step by step in order to pass on its tradition and its fantastic fermented products to the next generation.
