Kikkomann salt-reduced soy sauce is made from naturally brewed soy sauce. Almost half of the salt content is removed from the brewed soy sauce using a special process. The salt-reduced soy sauce, with 43% less salt, is in no way inferior to the original. The full-bodied aroma is retained. The salt-reduced soy sauce is ideal for frying, dipping, deglazing and marinating.
