Saishikomi means that instead of using water, the shoyu (soy sauce) is brewed with ready-made soy sauce. This gives it a stronger taste, but is still less salty. A must for all beef lovers! The fine acidity of this shoyu combines fantastically with steaks. Ideal for grilling. But of course also with sashimi and other dishes that need to be seasoned.
